Returns
If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must:
Be unworn and unused.
Be returned in their original packaging.
Be in the same condition in which they were received.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
Custom-made or personalised jewellery.
Earrings, for hygiene reasons.
Sale or clearance items.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photographs of the issue. We will assess the claim and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
Refunds

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Plainly Made or a confirmed manufacturing fault.
